Why can't you be specific on what they can't or don't want to do for you? Most of these guys have several floor plans to choose from, they can make cookie cutter trailers. You need to find someone that will build YOUR design. If you want the sink on the right side, and they say they can't do it...Walk There is no reason for them not to build the trailer the way you have requested.

Unless we had specifics we could not tell you whether your wants are reasonable vs what can really be built vs how they want to build the unit. There may be wiring issues with where you want things, plumbing issues with where the lines are going to be, or heat issues like your stove will be working against you freezer, or safety issues with a gas line or something. We need more info.
