What's a "southern style" hot dog? Fri, 10/14/11 10:37 AM (permalink)
A local bakery has a "southern style" natural casing hot dog on its lunch menu and I'm wondering what exactly defines "southern".  As the South is often associated with pork barbecue could it possibly be a hot dog with a greater percentage of pork?

Now I need to get over there and actually try one!
