Best Bacon to Top Hamburgers?

I am trying to find a good quality bacon to top my burgers with. It seems as though my breakfast bacon just doesn't cut it. I prefer a nice smoked slightly thick cut bacon. I have eaten at restaurants over the years where the bacon was perfect but I did not ask which brand it was because I really wasn't into home cooking until the last 5 years.
