      I'd try each one of these. Even the vegan one looks kind of tasty.

        on the other end, there is only 4 that I'd even consider eating on that list of 25.

          Last spring during the New Orleans Roadfood Fest, I ate one with fried chicken livers at Mahony's -- one of the tastiest po'boys I've ever had (if you like chicken livers)!    Chris
