Wal Mart Smoker
I bought a $29.95 smoker from Walmart and I have been experimenting with adding different spices/sauces to the water pan. Anybody got any good advice/experiences with these wet smokers? I tried it with a ham and did not like the results. Worked real well on a turkey. I found out real quick that easy start charcoal is not a good idea. Leaves a petroleum tasete/smell.
