FriedTater kennyb the wife sais our sliders were 1.5 oz, not 1 oz. the only problem with making your own buns is if it a big event, we start with 1000-1500 buns. thats alot for us to make with no commercial kitchen. is you have a comm kitchen and time it might be ok. Kenny, it looks to me like you need to talk to your wife before posting messages. Get your facts straight. LOL you know how it is, i'm always the last to know. LOL and very board this time of year.

OK, I'm working offa HD Cart, so am restricted to "pre-cooked meat". I have a farmers market that is open to me selling. Thing is they open at like 6:00 AM and close before noon. Don't know how many people eat Hot Dogs for breakfast, so I have been hesitant. At the store the other day I picked up some Jimmy Dean Pre-cooked Sausage pattys. They were not half bad. So, I'm thinking....why not a sausage Slider? Hawaiin Bread, mayo, sausage and cheese.Pattys about .25 each, haven't priced bread, cheese depends on what I use. I'm thinking maybe $1.25 each or bundle quantity with (something) and a drink. As the morning moves on, start selling dogs and sausages.
