What do you think about my BBQ / SMoker Trailer?

mI started building this a little while ago and am just now finishing it up. I still have a few small details and a little plumbing on the three sinks to finish. I think I might want to sell it, but as you can guess this wasnt cheap or easy to build. I havent used it because I want to keep all of the cooking grates, and smoker looking new for anyone who might be interested in buying it. I am very tempted to try it out though. This should pass any health department inspection and could be used to sell food from. What do YOU think it is worth? I have a price in mind, but I am curious to get some input before I put it up for sale officially. I have built one food truck and sold that, but I already have some plans in my head for another similar but bigger trailer (maybe to keep this time). Details: One 8' stainless counter with 2 electric steam warmers and a hand wash sink. One 4' stainless counter with small 3 bay sink. 120V water pump with accumulator tank, 22 gallon fresh water, 38(?) gallon grey water tank, new tires / wheels, tongue, tongue jack, and many other details. Here are some pics (I hope I can post pics???).

It looks to me like your a very talented craftsmen, and did a great job. But how do you clean out your fire box and the horizontal smoking chamber? As to what it would sell for....who knows what that market is like right now. Jack

Thank you. There is access under the 4' table and a clean out door on the burn box. I dont have it pictured / installed, but there is a removable piece of diamond plate on the back right corner of the trailer. There is also a clean out door at the bottom of the verticle chamber.
