Augusta's best burger, or other roadfood? Wed, 01/11/12 3:29 PM (permalink)
Next weekend, Marie and I will be making our second annual loop-through-SC from Atlanta: I-20 one way and I-85 the other.  We've lined up some very good eating in SC, but I wanted a backup plan for Augusta GA.  We have already tried Neal's BBQ (amazing) and Sconyers (so-so) in this area, and are looking forward to trying Motty's BBQ this trip.  Can anybody recommend an additional good place in the area where we could get either an amazing pimento cheeseburger or a knockout plate of fried chicken, or...?  The current plan is for a downtown college-student Cali-Mex place called Nacho Mama's, but I'm prepared to abandon it for more interesting eats.
