Another Icon bites the dust. "They" say things will remain the same but things never remain the same. Years ago I bought a smoked meat business from an old gentleman and kept everything exactly the same. The recipes, the procedures, the methods, the suppliers, the workers, the equipment, everything. Old Customers swore up and down that I had changed everything. Nothing the old gentleman, (Who stayed with me) & I said or did could convince them otherwise.

Sad story indeed. Big corporations crushing the old fashioned production side, sounds familiar.
