Most unusual toppings????
As many of you know by now, Pizza is my passion. I have talked about the many pies I've tried around the world in other threads on this site. I've had potato pizza in Rome...poached egg on a pizza in Florence...and things like 5 mushroom pizza, spinach pizza, brocolli rabe pizza, asparagas,artichoke heart...etc....etc. I loved a pie in Amsterdam with grated Edam and Gouda cheese. Still make it that way sometimes. Let's share experiences...Any unusual pies you've tried...and where!!
