We are going to have the weirdest dinner in the world tonight. Mom has to work today and Dad and granson are up at State College for wrestling so my youngest grandaughter decided it would be a good night to do "My Favorite Food Night"
So the four little girls are out in the kitchen preparing a feast (with my help) of
Chopped liver with REAL chicken fat
Brick- a dish that I first learned about a couple of years ago, and it is really delicious
Vegetables stir-fried with chicken
Penne pasta with marinara sauce
Big sister is going to provide the anti-acid tablets!!!
Man, what we grandmothers have to suffer through.........oh well it is worth it................ my grandaughter scored 10 out of 30 pooints in her game winning basketball game this am.
