I don't know if this is a local show or shown everywhere. Someone sent me this Youtube clip from a few of my local places all of which I consider Roadfood. I've been multiple times to two of them. The third is on my list of want to tries... Chewey, I think you might be interested in the last segment which is Johnnie's Pastrami.
