You know, those ribs look good enough to eat. And thanks for allowing me to sauce them as I like. Still they don't look as if any sauce would be needed. I think all I'd need is room -- and lots of napkins.

Yeah, Tom, Nice job. Now I must admit I would like a little cup of a sweet-KC-style Sauce on the side to spread just a very thin layer on them as I tear them up !

Chewy, Those things are HUGE for baby backs. I think you just made my mind up for me on my next visit. I always appreciate a good rack!

IMHO, The only reason for the existance of BBQ Sauce is to cover up mistakes. Them thar ribs don't need no darn sauce!

Al, I got Old Fashioned, basic sweet tomato based sauce, Private Reserve, the Old Fashioned with mustard and cider vinegar mixed in, Volcano, Old Fashioned with Sriracha chili sauce and vinrgar sauce mixed in, Cold Remedy, Old Fashioned, Hot mustard and horseradish mixed, Hot, Old Fashioned, Mustard, Frank's extra hot sauce mixed or even the East Carolina Vinegar pepper sauce I call Yikes!
