Methinks the times are a bit off. It's labelled as being 20 minutes prep and 90 minutes cooking, but according to the directions it looks like barely 10 minutes prep and certainly no more than 17 minutes cooking. Unless the original baking of the potatoes is included, but since the ingredients call for already baked and cooled potatoes, I wouldn't think so. It just seems odd to me, is all.
