12v fan options for side ventilation

Dunno if I have been around long enough for this link to fly but I'll try anyway...
Air Vent Inc. sells an 800 cfm solar fan, which I assume is 12v. I know its not a lot of cfm for the $ when you compare to AC options, but seems ideal for staying on that 12v system. Perhaps I am too fixed on 12v, since ultimately, I will likely have non-12v "appliances" like lights and register...
I still want to check with Pacific Cater Truck on their 12v fan options.

Tho, I may not know what the hell I am talking about. A comparable company, Ventamatic sells a solar fan, 1000 CFM that they list as 18v.
