Boiled 5 to a lb D&W dogs.

    Looks good to me.  I need to try and hit them up along with Hot Diggity and track down a Scott Dog somewhere.  (He's chef at South Philly Tap Room and collaborates with someone to make his own dogs to sell from a roaming cart.)  I'm generally in a mustard and onions sort of rut but I like this trend of real chefs doing something creative.
