Any Californians remember Brakke's in Lancaster?

Brakke's Inn was a restaurant, bar, and hotel along a highway outside one of the inland cities Lancaster and it was torn down in 2009. I actually found a page about it a few weeks ago as it was featured in an episode of "Cannon" but now I'm drawing a blank. Do these sparse clues ring any bells with anyone? Brad
