8lbs of lamb or Beef cut into square 3inch pieces 10 garlic gloves smashed 1 bay leaf 1 large fresh mint leaf teaspoon of paprika half teaspoon of hot sauce half cup of olive oil 1 large onion chopped Salt to your taste 3 cups of red wine( merlot) or until meat is totally covered put in fridge and let it sit all night, then cook in crock pot on low and by the time you com home from work it will be done and boil potatoes or white rice. Or place in a pan in a preheated oven of 375 degrees F and cook for about 2 hours, uncovered, until meat is tender.

Yes, you can freeze it or with the left overs you can also get some dough lay the dough in the pan pour the rest of the meat on half of the dough then fold over the other half like a calzone. And you can also just pour the meat in a oven dish or pan and make some mash potatoes put the mash patatoes on top of the meat... beat one egg and brush some of the egg on top of the mash potatoes, heat the oven at 350. Once it has some color its ready to enjoy...Just some ideas with the left overs [:)
