A New Way of Outdoor Cooking, New Mexico Style!

I was playing around on The Smoke Ring web site and came across this information.

Apparently some dude in Albuquerque has figured out how to make an outdoor grill/wok out af a 22' Plow Disc. You know, the kind you use to plow a field of corn! It's really unique!
 
From the Smoke Ring web site:
 "You might not be familiar with a discada. A discada is a popular outdoor cooking device in New Mexico. It is similar to a wok, made from a 22" plow disc. The discada sits on top of a propane, or charcoal fired, burner."
 
It's fairly regional to NM but is starting to spread to other places. Have any of our NM brethern seen or own one of these? I'm curious to learn how they work. Any of you folks that are going to be in NM in the near future might want to check it out! The Company's in ABQ with distributors in other parts of the state as well as AK, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, NY, NC, OH, OK, SD, TX, UT and WY.
