Continuing the quest. Just got off a 13k mile trip through Turkey, The Balkans and Northern Europe on a barbecue quest.
Ate like a king with De Klos in Amsterdam serving up some of the finest ribs I've ever wedged into my gullet

But I'm preparing to hit the road once more.
This barbecue trip will carry me to Chicago, one of the great American barbecue towns.
