Poke Sallet Festival In Harlan Kentucky

I grew up eating poke sallet in rural Knox County Kentucky. Daddy would hit the woods in the spring and come home with a gunny sack filled with the stuff. Absolutely delicious sauteed with onions and scrambled eggs. Harlan Kentucky is hosting a poke sallet festival the first weekend in June 2012. Sounds like fun.
