Egg, Cheese, Sausage, Potato, Cup Cakes

Got this recipe off a Farmer John Coupon for Hash Browns.
Package of raw hash browns, or make your own. Line a Cup cake pan, bottom and sides with the raw potatoes, Pam spray the pan first. Bake at 400 till potatoes are light brown. In the meantime, 8 eggs beaten, mix a package, 8oz, of cheese, lihe mexi blend, or whatever into eggs, I added onions. Cook sausage, cut up links, set aside. Put the sausage into the cooked potato cups, add the egg/cheese/onion mixture on top of the sausage, cook at 400 for about 15 minutes, I did 13 minutes. Use a sharp knife to go around the finished product, they will be easy to remove. Give them a minute or to or you'll burn your mouth. These are seriously good and easy to make! My recipe made 12.
