Tuscon in July

Going to take a train from Chicago to Tuscon, arrive July 3rd. Staying at the JW Mariott Resort, outside of town, looking for great American breakfasts, will be there thru the 8th. Suggestions?

The Good Egg is a Chain. IMHO it's an OK Breakfast, nothing spectacular. On a Par with IHOP or Denny's.

The Good Egg is a Chain. IMHO it's an OK Breakfast, nothing spectacular. On a Par with IHOP or Denny's.
I know it's a chain, but I did have some excellent corned beef hash and poached eggs at the Scottsdale Good Egg.

Be sure to look for the Paletas Carts.
That's Mexican popcycles to us Gringos.
In that July heat, they're very refreshing.
You'll see push carts all over the place.
Flavors include Coconut, Mango, Pineapple, Strawberry, Pina Colada, Raspberry and others.
Made with fresh fruit, not artificial stuff.

That's the Monsoon Season. The average start date for monsoons is July 7th. What's interesting are the Haboobs!

The Haboobs last year were horrific. Take heart, AccuWeather says you will have a major monsoon season this year. Which means that we in LaLa Land will get spillover. aaaaaaa
To stay on topic, you must get a Sonoran Dog, CTF. you must. You will not regret it.
