Charlotte and Myrtle Beach

I have used the search engine on this site for both these cities and there are numerous post. Far too many for me to sort through all of them and some of them are dated.
Iwannago and myself will be downtown Charlotte Thursday night for the NASCAR museum and would prefer a Roadfood place close to downtown.
We have two nights at Myrtle Beach and will be staying at a Marriott Courtyard. I know there are bunch of places that serve seafood but some current comments would be appreciated.
