What is a Pupusas???

Anyway, I didn't know so I did a google.       Simple answer is: an El Salvadoran snack or taco using a thick style corn tortilla.     ... Hum ... 'johnny cake' or 'southern hoe cake'.

OH well, shoot me ...   maybe one day I'll follow recipe directions.    Anyway most pupusas or tacos seem to use what ever that's on hand;   ... I used what I had on hand and it was simple & good! ... ... 
 
I made this yesterday, but didn't take any pictures.  I made it again today with pictures.    The 'pickled cabbage' or curtido is just a vinegar style coleslaw.   ...
