Traeger cook today

I worked my brother's Memorial Day sale today and we cooked on a Traeger. It's a set it and forget it way of cooking. I took pictures during the day so you could see the progression of the cook. The Traeger has 3 settings... smoke, medium and high. This was set on smoke and let there for the day, not touching the brisket. Raw meat set on the Traeger grill. It was rubbed with a spice mix. At 2 hours: At 3 hours: At 5 hours: At 7 hours: At 8 hours: I asked my brother what he thought of the Traeger now that it's made in China. His answer is that he can't see any difference. I went home after 8 hours. I suspect my brother had a good dinner.
