Thursday when I was driving from Memphis to Nashville I remembered my cousin saying that the Casey Jones train museum had a really good buffet. So I decided to check it out. It was really good, one of the best I've ever had. The fried okra and greens were great, the skillet cornbread was too. Meatloaf, real mashed potatoes and great fried chicken. It sure wasn't the pre-breaded frozen crap.
But the absolute high lite of the meal was desert. A mixed berry cobbler. Fantastic!
