Regional Specialites - IN, KY & TN

I'm taking a road trip to Chattanooga over the July 4th week. Since I will be driving I would love to be able to bring back regional specialties that I cannot easily obtain in the Chicagoland area. For example, I love BBQ sauce, beer, soda, etc. I already know that I am going to pick up a few cases of Ale 8 in KY. Does anyone else have any suggestions?
