Dear Roadfood,

After a very lengthy search I was finally able to figure out/locate my password to log on here at your fine site. I'm very computer savvy. So, My question(s) to you are regarding my impending DEMOTION to Double Chili Cheeseburger. While I have absolutely no problem with chili, I am not a fan of it on my burgers. I wonder if I could somehow either stay at my current level of burgerdom, OR, Would it be possible to become a Double Swiss burger? And while you have my file out, is there any way you can fix my ALL CAPS Ahi Mpls situation? it always looks like I am shouting. Thank you for your time. Dawn.

I'm allergic to mushrooms. Make it Double Swiss -- With Grilled Onions.

Although I wish you nothing but success in this noble quest, would it help if you thought of yourself as a double (green) chile cheeseburger, something along the lines of what they serve at the Bobcat Bite?

Help what? I wanna go back to the Bobcat Bite. I've never had as good a burger in my life. Next time: Make it two, and extra green chiles please.

Dear Roadfood, Thanks to some loudmouth poultry from Wisconsin, I have reached half my goal. You should all note the calmer, gentler screen name I've acquired. I promise to try and cut down on my cussing, and be a quieter friend to you all. Your humble servant, Ahi Mpls.

That picture of the green chili burger looks so good! Since a trip to The Bobcat Bite isn't in my near future, I'll have to replicate it here at home!

Well I have now added this fine place to my Fall trip. It falls nicely between Roswell and 4 corners.

BB, from here across 40 to Memphis with a couple stops on 40. Then down to Houston. From Houston to El Paso, Roswell, 4 corners to LV/Pahrump for a week. Then San Diego 1-2 days, back "home" to Fresno 3-4 days. San Fran for 1-2 days, SLC for 1-2 days. Salmon, Id. Little Big Horn, Mt Rushmore. Mayor Al's but SShhhh, I haven't told him yet :) Home. I have 4 weeks scheduled off, boss has approved it but it will depend if my co-workers will cover my shift 2 days each week. Currently there are 2 of us working Mids. Rob works my 2 days off I work his. We are both on the other nights. He is currently off on sick leave, had back surgery. I'm working 19 days in a row. I wish I had planned a 5th week off. I have the time coming. I'd like to go to the twin cities and due the Bourbon trail. Next year, Deutschland, Bayern-Munchen, wurst, bier, frauleins und schnitzel. Der Alder Schloss, Berlin, Der Rhine, Austriche und Schweizland. 3-4 weeks worth. Can ya tell I've been brushin up on my German? Passport has been ordered.
