We do just a little bit of fried vending and are looking into extending our oil life...so i've been looking here and on the internet and found this from webstrauntstore. So far, we are frying Oreos, Honey Buns and Pickles...thats about all we are doing...and cooking in 2-3 hr increments at a local baseball stadium. We are just getting our feet wet in this type of venue.
