 HELP!!!!!

I just purchased a new bbq truck in San Diego CA and I'm having trouble finding a places to set up. My over head is killing me. My sales are very low. On a average day I'm making 180 to 200. I have 3 employee's working 7 hours. please give some suggestions.... I keep moving locations to find a hot spot but its not working.
