Need help with where to eat on Utah/Arizona border?

I am planning a roadtrip around the Utah/Arizona border and looking for roadfood along the way. Fly to Las Vegas then making the following stops: - Cedar City, UT to visit Bryce and Zion National Parks
- Page, AZ to tour slot canyons
- Mexican Hat, UT visiting Monument Valley area
- Chinle, AZ visiting Canyon de Chelly
- Holbrook, AZ
- Tucson, AZ for flight home
Not many options included in the restaurants section of this forum. Open to any and all suggestions. Any ideas?
