Too Hot To Vend

When is it too hot to get out and vend?
I have a hard time when the temp reaches around 26C thats about 80F.
When it's 80 outside with the fryers and griddle going it must be close to a hundred inside!!
I don't have ac as it wouldn't be very effective with the vending window open and the exhaust fan sucking the air out. imho..
It has been an extremely hot summer up here, but I can't even imagine how hot it can be down south!
How in heck do you guys do it???
