Honda Inverter Generator

I am looking to change generators, my large 6000watt generator sitting on the back of my truck is in the way and too loud even when in a noise suppression box. I am looking at the small Honda inverter generators. In this Youtube video, the food truck runs on 2 2000W Honda inverter generators. These models do not have the large 30A 4 prong AC outlet as the other style portable generators so I am not sure how I would tie this into the breaker box. Anyone know how this is done?
