So I have been thinking about my menu and setup a lot. I have decided to go with a farm to fork style menu which as a chef allows me to cook any style of food. I know that its impotant to keep it simple. But a part of that style of food i believe its paramount for me to not sell sodas. It just doesnt fit the theme. In comes my idea.
I own a small lemonade business where the money comes mainly from the show of making the fresh squeezed lemonade. Do you think this would translate if seen through a glass window of a food truck. The machine is at lemonadebusiness dot com. You can get more of a feeling of what the machine is. Pont being I wanted to do fresh beverages and streamline the process so I can get them out fast.
I wouldnt be doing an entire drink every time. premade bev to pour onto fresh smashed fruit gives the illusion that it was all made from scratch right in front of you but allows you to cut a little cost while maintaining a consistent product. Any thoughts?
