I am not necessarily a chain fan but this particular chain has been getting rave reviews in Knoxville. My daughter has been there as well as a number of my friends. The only issue they had were the long 45 minute waits. All indicated that the food was outstanding and not cheap. It is apparently a Tex-Mex type of menu.
