Indeed...it was very purpley. I saw it sitting way in the back...and requested it instead of the orangey one. It was soooo good...a few of the other less sparkly sprinkles attached themselves along for the free ride.

I know the ingredients in these pies are very bad, but damn--they're like a cross between pies and donuts, and that's hard to hate...

My dad used to love all those chocolate snack cakes. I never was a fan of them, especially the chocolate-paraffin coating.  However, I've had lots of those pies and the snack cakes that had frosting on them--I could eat anything back in those days and never gain an ounce...
