        Louisiana has unique and rich culture and heritage, although the producers of "Swamp People" and "Girls Gone Wild" would have you believe otherwise......in addition to the good food.

          Unfortunately, spoken Cajun French has declined markedly in the last sixty years. That's something unique and should be preserved.
