Towing a Food Truck

Anybody have any experience towing a Food Truck, your typical Stepvan 14'-16'. I may have to get one that is up to 6 hours away and I do not want to drive it back unless absolutely necessary. I didnt know if you could put these on a car hauler trailer ( as long as it is not to wide) if it would be to high or top heavy. Anybody have any advice?
