I love Ritz crackers- have ever since I was a little kid in joisey in the 60's and carol reed a weather lady on a ny staion advertised them- anyone remember her? Anyway those from ny - nj -conn have certainly at least heard of longtime WOR radio host Joan Hamburg's Ritz cracker stuffing http://www.recipegoldmine.com/dressing/joan-hamburgs-ritz-cracker-stuffing.html ( really worth trying) , there is no better cracker for chicken liver spread ,and just tonite I made a tasty baked cod with Ritz coating....was wondering how other folks put on the Ritz??
