The Chip Shop in Park Slope has been open for a while, at least 5 or 6 years. There's a Chip Shop on Atlantic Avenue in Cobble Hill/Brooklyn Heights also. I haven't been to either in a few years. I liked the fried Mac and Cheese there. The fish and chips are very good, but my ex-girlfriend talked me out of ever again eating the fish there because the fish varieties they use (Cod, Haddock, Plaice) are not sustainable. Oh well. The beer selection is good also.
