Food truck operation during the Winter.

What precautions do you take to prevent the grey water tank from freezing? I plan on emptying it every night. Any ideas would be appreciated. I know some of the heavies out there know what to do especially those cats in Wisconsin, Chicago, New York, Boston and the likes, show me whatcha got!
