When I saw the thread title I thought you'd brought him in as a guest pitmaster. I think you'll be OK if you splash a big ladleful of Ragu on whatever he orders.

feed him well...............and call his CC# twice to ensure that his credit is good....especially since he will leave a 100% tip for the wait person........unless of course, it's you. and do NOT.under any circumstances..........let him put any of his OWN hot sauce on your goodies...........make him eat it as it is served!

omg..........CTF...............what I forgot to mention..............you should have taken your private helicopter, flown over to the MD shore and come back with a whole mess of soft shelled clams!.........Joe would definitely like them fried...use your regular fryer temps, but the breading needs to be sublime..........Yeah, he might have loved some clam chowder or some steamers...............but.........ya know........I guess......in the long run..................just some good "Q" would satisfy him
