Any Rose Petal Baking Recipe?

While I took a vacation in Thailand last week, a local gave to me this edible dried rose petals, they say it’s good for holiday recipes. I was thinking of saving this one for Christmas but I guess that would still be a long month to go, so I just have to prepare this one then for my little girl’s birthday this Sunday.
I just need to ask if you’ve got any cool baking recipes for this one and I’m planning to make an iced rose tea as its partner.
