Helen's Famous Sausage House

Maybe it's just the cholesterol talking but, it's funny how roadfoodies venture out to new lands, in Star Trek fashion, to find the quintessential road food experience but, maybe along the way forget about or take for granted those places closer to home. I thought I would mention, or maybe gloat, that that's not the case with me, at least not at the moment, as I down a sausage sandwich for breakfast from Helen's. We in our cubicles here don't take for granted one bit that our coworker lives near there and graciously brings up a dozen or so every now and then. Ah, here take a look- egg, cheese, two sausage links, onions and peppers.
