Looking to build my own cart (newbie)

Hey guys, I'm from Athens, Oh and looking to cater to the college kids and business professionals in my area with a hot dog cart. I am wondering if there are anyways to build my own cart and cheaper ways at that instead of paying $3,000 for one. Any help would be appreciated. I look forward to interacting with you all on here!
