Don,
Thanks for the suggestion. We have considered New Orleans a couple of times in the past, but since the BIG Annual Roadfood Festival is held there each April or May, we figured it was a bit redundent to do our smaller session there also.
At this years session it was suggested that we aim for Jacksonville, FL next year, and the group reached concensus to make that our goal, with a possible side trip up to Savannah for those who want to move around a bit over the weekend.

JAX is a great area too, you can head north and hit Savannah or south along FL's first coast.
Lots of good eating either direction.
