Do I obtain Mobile food business license before or after year end?

Are there certain tax benefits I can take advantage of next year if I wait to register my business in 2013? Or, does it not make a difference? Thanks D.

Do you have a Mobil food business now, if so when do your permits expire?
As far as tax advantages, you need to consult an accountant for that.

I don't know about tax advantages, but in my state the state license expires every jan 30th regardless of when you purchased it, the city permit is good for a full calendar year. So i have to reup my state license every january and permit every march.
I would look into your local licensing and see how it affects you, could be better than any tax breaks.
