I doubt you have very many Vietnamese restaurants in Ostrander, Ohio. But here in the DFW metroplex, we are blessed that so many Vietnamese settled in our area and opened restaurants for us to enjoy their highly addictive
somewhat French influenced food.
If you would like to be adventurous and try something new and very delicious, then I would give Ba Lee
in Arlington a try. Be sure to enjoy a bowl of Pho (pronounced, "fah"). Have some spring rolls, and of course, a Banh Mi sandwich on a "French" roll.
Be sure to look through the pictures on the link I provided.
You'll consider Chinese food "boring" after your first Vietnamese meal. http://www.yelp.com/biz/ba-le-restaurant-arlington
Note on the links below, the many pictures of Vietnamese Pho and Spring Rolls. Every restaurant has their own distinctive variations. http://www.google.com/sea...xnv5UIGqD-rQ2QXL_oHgBg http://www.google.com/sea...p;biw=1680&bih=971
