Is there any body out there doing pizza BY THE SLICE? I'm in the planning stages of setting up a concession trailer, to do festibles and fairs. What I was wondering, is do you make your own crust or buy pre made skins or dough balls. and the quality of the product which is very important to me. Any advice is helpful. thanks in advance
